Uspenskoye district presents an investment project in the area of processing industry

The investors are offered to implement a project on the construction of a wool processing plant. 

As envisaged by the project, a wool processing plant will be built in the Voronezhskoye farmstead of Krasnodar region. The estimated capacity of the prospective enterprise will make 1,150 tons of wool per year. According to the forecasts, the products of the plant will be marketed in Krasnodar and Stavropol regions, in Rostov region and the republics sited adjacent to the given regions.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 142.5 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 83 new jobs.

A land plot of 58,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Voronezhskiy farmstead. There is a local road, "Konokovo village –Urupsky aul – Trekhselskoye village Panteleymonovskoye village" (0.1km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz" is 20 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Uspenskoye village is 20 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 269 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Konokovo is 22 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 270 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 420 km.
