Uspenskoye district presents a promising project – on the construction of a wholesale & retail trade center

The investors are offered to participate financially in the construction of an agriproduct wholesale & retail trade center. 

The investment project implies the organization of the construction of a trade & fair complex (market). As planned, the products of agricultural producers of Uspenskoye district of Krasnodar region will be marketed here. At the first stage it is expected to build a covered market for marketing vegetables & greenery, administrative & logistics facilities, auxiliary facilities and to equip sales outlets and improve the territory. At the second stage a full-scale manufacturing facility on meat processing and storage and ancillary facilities will be built. The project is oriented towards the residents of Uspenskoye, Novokubansk, Otradnaya districts and the city of Armavir.   

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 200.1 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 6.4 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 23 new jobs.

A land plot of 40,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Konokovo village. There is a local road, "Entrance to the city of Armavir" (0.5km), there. The distance to the federal highway "Kavkaz" is 2 km.

The distance from the municipal center of central part of the Uspenskoe village is 3 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 250 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Konokovo is 2 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 230 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 360 km.
