Uspenskoye district plans to implement a project on arrangement of a bread production

The municipality offers to invest into a project on the construction of a bread production.

The aim of the investment project is to meet the demands, to the fullest extent possible, of the community of Uspenskoye district in pastries, bakery and confectionery products. Within the framework of the project it is planned to set up a bakery production. The yearly projected capacity of the enterprise will make: 28.8 tons of bread and bakery products, 14.4 tons of confectionery products. Among the competitive advantages of the project are a favorable price for products and a wide range. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 8.72 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year. The construction of the facility will allow to create 20 new jobs.

A land plot of 300,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Uspenskoye rural settlement. There is a local road, "Armavir city –Uspenskoe village" (0.5km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz" is 7 km.

The distance from the municipal center of central part of the Uspenskoe village is 2 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 250 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Konokovo is 8 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 250 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 420 km.
