It is planned to implement an investment project on the construction of a water filling plant in Uspenskoye district

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to invest into a promising project on the construction of a water filling plant.

Within the framework of implementation of the presented investment project it is planned to set up the construction of a water filling workshop. As forecasted, the production of a fully automated line will be organized. A well for water production will be drilled and production of PET bottles will be organized; treatment and bottling of produced water will be performed. It is expected that by reaching the estimated capacity five and nineteen-liter vessels with drinking water will be marketed to the residents of the city of Armavir and the community of Uspenskoye, Novokubansk and Otradnaya districts.  

The project needs 26.99 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The return on investment period is 2.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 33 new jobs.

A land plot of 13,900 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Ukrainskiy farm. There is a local road, "Armavir city – Uspenskoe village" (7km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz" is 5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Uspenskoe village is 7 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 250 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Konokovo is 12 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 250 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 420 km.
