It is planned to implement an investment project in the construction sector in Uspenskoye district of Krasnodar region

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to invest into the project on the construction of a workshop on manufacturing paving slabs & walling blocks. 

The investment project implies the organization of the construction of a workshop on manufacturing paving slabs & walling blocks in the industrial area of the settlement Konokovo. The estimated capacity is 20,000 tons. As expected, the finished products will be of demand among the residents of Uspenskoye district and the city of Armavir.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 28.58 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year. The construction of the facility will allow to create 28 new jobs.

A land plot of 2，000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Konokovo village. There is a local road, "Armavir city – Uspenskoye village" (1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz" is 5 km.

The distance from the municipal Uspenskoye village is 7 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 250 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Konokovo is 8 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 250 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 419 km.
