It is planned to build a feed milling plant in Uspenskoye district

The investors are offered to implement an investment project on the construction of a feed milling plant. 

It is planned to implement a mega-project on the construction of a feed milling plant in Uspenskoye district of Krasnodar region. The production of complete, enriched feed meant for pig feeding. According to the preliminary estimations, 640 tons of ready-made feeds will be produced on the plant on a daily basis. The products will be of demand due to its high quality. The main consumers of the products will be pig-breeding farms of Krasnodar and Stavropol regions. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 300.33 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 60 new jobs.

A land plot of 160,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Konokovo village. There is a local road, "Entrance to the city of Armavir" (1 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-29 "Kavkaz" is 3 km.

The distance from the municipal center Uspenskoye village is 3 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 250 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Konokovo is 2 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 230 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 360 km.
