Construction of a logistics center

Within the framework of the investment project, it is planned to construct a logistics center specializing on storage, sorting and packaging of fruit & vegetable products (capacity of 2 thousand tons, area of 3 thousand sq.m.) and to establish a nursery-garden of coniferous species (area of open ground – 5 hectares). In 2017 a permit for the construction was obtained, a site was prepared for establishment of a foundation for accommodation of construction facilities. The annual volume is planned at the level of 28 thousand tons.

Within the framework of the project, it is planned to create 47 new jobs. The annual tax proceeds to the budgets of all levels will make 27 mln rubles approximately.
